How Far in Advance do I Need to Book? Online booking is available 16 months prior. We definitely recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Is There a Minimum Amount of Nights? Yes. We require a 3 night minimum on all RV rentals and a 2 night minimum for the Cabin. During slower months we may approve 2 night trailer rentals for local destinations.
What's Included With the Rental? Trailers come full stocked with all the essentials. You are only required to bring your bedding, wash cloths, towels and camp chairs. If you are towing, we supply the hitches and sway bars. A full list of items is included with your receipt upon booking.
What is required to secure my RV rental? To secure your RV rental, a $500 deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and is what holds the trailer for your dates. The deposit then becomes your refundable damage deposit which is refunded when the trailer is returned clean and undamaged. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before pickup/delivery. If no payment is made by then, the credit card on file will be charged.
Are There Additional Fees? Rates are per night and includes insurance through ICBC. There is a $10 nightly fee for propane and a $60 preparation fee which covers preparing the RV, exterior cleaning, interior sanitation & ensuring the trailer is thoroughly cleaned and stocked.
What are my responsibilities when returning the trailer? The trailer must be returned clean, damage-free, and with holding tanks emptied, unless pre-arranged. Late returns may incur a $25 fee per 30 minutes. A $150 fee applies if the holding tanks are not emptied. Any damage must be reported immediately, and unauthorized repairs are not allowed.
What are the rules regarding pets, smoking, and cooking? Pets: Allowed only with prior approval and must not be left unattended or on furniture. Unauthorized pets may result in a $250–$500 fee. Smoking, vaping, or drug use: Strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Violations will result in a $500 charge. Cooking restrictions: Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., seafood, strong spices) that could leave lingering odors for future guests.
