Thank you for your interest in either hosting or consigning your Recreational vehicle or Property through Sleeping Around RV Rentals! We, Cory & Tina, started Sleeping Around RV Rentals (SARV) in 2021 with our single personal trailer. We grew rapidly and this year our fleet contains 10 travel trailers and 1 adorable cabin. Sadly, we're often turning customers away because our inventory is fully booked!

Whether you've been considering renting or you're currently renting out your trailer or property yourself or through one of the major platforms, there are multiple benefits we can offer such as repeat customers, lower yet competitive fees for customers, credit card payments and authorizations and a smaller rental pool; resulting in more bookings and a more personal renting experience, to name just a few. You would be welcome to also continue to rent via other avenues and, of course, for your personal use.

How it works:

Consigning your trailer with Sleeping Around RV Rentals:

​

We take care of everything once we receive your trailer! We would together agree on a nightly rate for your trailer and add your trailer to our website. You would receive 50% of the nightly rental paid at the end of each month. Last year our consignment trailer owners averaged $5500 between mid-May & mid-September and that included them using their trailer for their planned camping trips!

Your trailer would be stored at our gated property in South Langley when not in use or between guests. We handle all the bookings, having contracts signed, taking deposits and payments, guest orientation on pick up including video walkthroughs, ensuring proper hitch heights for the vehicle, cleaning between guests, deliveries, pick ups etc.

Hosting your Travel Trailer or Motorhome with Sleeping Around RV Rentals:

What we do:

We list your trailer on our website, blocking any dates that you plan to use your trailer or that you’ve rented it via another source. We handle all payments (via credit card)  including deposit authorizations as well as ensuring the renter has signed a comprehensive contract. Ensure guests have an appropriate tow vehicle and experience or we delivery and set up. Pay you at the end of each month for the nights your trailer was rented.

What you do:

​

You store the RV at your place. Customers would come to you to pick up the trailer or you would deliver the trailer to the chosen destination. You would make sure the trailer is hooked up correctly; with the correct hitch height, walk them through usage of the interior/exterior, Check their lights and brake controller settings, take a video of inside and outside before each departure. Possibly fill with water, if required, check tire air pressure, ensure propane tanks are filled etc. When they bring the trailer back you would clean/sanitize the trailer. You would earn 75% of the nightly rental plus the preparation fee, propane fees and your delivery fees, if applicable.

Listing your Recreation Property with Sleeping Around RV Rentals:

Listing your recreation property with us looks similar to hosting an RV.  We handle the business end; listing your property on our website, advertising, having contracts signed, handling all deposits and payments. You would be responsible for cleaning and restocking the property between guests. You would receive 65% of the nightly rate, cleaning fees plus any additional add on charges that may be associated with your property.
